I am trying to construct some experiments regarding SSD program disturb and life time.

For those experiments I would like to be able to write a specific sequences of bits in specific pages/blocks of the SSD.

I studied the FTLs that are given and from my understanding the host PC provides the address of the data that are going to be transferred to the SSD. Is there a way to write a specific sequence of 4KB or 8KB to a page that I will specify. I can see how you select the desired page/block/die but I was unable to find a way to write specific sequences of bits.

Thanks

Partial program is not supported, so it is not possible to write a specific sequence of 4KB or 8KB to the specific page.

Thx for the info!

What I am currently doing is that I create a specific size/data binary file and try to force it to be stored in a specific SSD page by modifying the FTL. I hope it will work
